Southwest Showcase 2023 will be held at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock. To enable our supplier participants to maximize the conference’s marketing opportunity, we are offering complimentary event space at Kalahari to our sponsors and exhibitors to do their own private post-conference reception.
Reception sponsors can invite anyone they wish to the event, they need not be a SWS attendee. This is not a combined event, separate space will be given to any organization that wishes to have a reception.
