Expo booth sales for Southwest Showcase 2021 are now open. Thanks to online booth sales sponsor a2z, SWS suppliers are able to access the floor plan, see who is in each booth, make a selection, and pay for the space or print their own invoice. IMPORTANT: If there are no 20×20 booths available, at the request of the SWS Steering Committee those wishing to purchase a 20×20 or larger should contact Show Management at 512-451-9867 for assistance.

The booth fee includes two full conference registrations per 100 sq. ft. of space purchased, and the ability to purchase one additional. i.e. a 10×20 booth would include four full conference registrations at no additional cost, and the exhibitor could purchase two additional if desired.

We will be building on the success of last year’s conference, attendance is expected to be outstanding. A first-class lineup of speakers and a vendor-friendly schedule will make this year’s event one of our best. Don’t delay, interest has been high and booths are going fast.
